Multiple transmission of the SIV virus has resulted in the human lineage of HIV. The high mutation rate in HIV viruses has created a global pandemic. In the present review, the origin of HIV and its transmission among several species is discussed.

The study of epigenetic changes, particularly the acetylation, and deacetylation of histones, is becoming a more crucial topic in the fight against cancer. The ultimate objective of cancer research is the organizing and analysis of the ever-growing data as well as the development of novel treatment or diagnostic approaches. The different effective bioinformatics approaches for cancer research are reviewed in this article. The fundamental ideas and tenets of the significant and widely employed bioinformatics methods are introduced. A list of software and databases that are accessible is also given. Finally, obstacles and future directions for the creation and use of diverse methodologies are highlighted. We propose that assessing such technologies could be one of the crucial phases in the future creation of effective cancer therapy options.

Silver nanoparticles (ZnNPs) were synthesized by employing Bambusa affinis leaves extract having a particle size of 24.18 nm from TEM. SEM represents the globular shapes of nanoparticles. The color of the AgO / Bambusa affinis extract solution changed from colorless to dark yellowish. Four IR bands are observed at 3235 cm-1, 1874 cm-1, 1334 cm-1, and 456 cm-1, signifying the presence of portentous molecules as a capping agent for Silver nanoparticles. The antimicrobial potency of green synthesized AgNPs was studied against Escherichia coli. As compared to the control which showed a 48% zone of inhibition, the green synthesized nanoparticles significantly increased the zone of inhibition to 61%.
